Business Development and Partnership Manager.
We are looking for dynamic Business Development and Partnership Managers to strengthen our position as the leading partner for SME growth in Rwanda. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with funders, partners and ecosystem actors, and securing financing that drives SME performance and job creation. Candidates should bring proven experience in resource mobilisation and partnership development across diverse sectors. As part of the Challenges Group, the Manager will also contribute specialist expertise in at least one thematic area, such as youth employment, green energy, market systems, financial services, entrepreneurship, MEL or investment readiness.
